Cancellation and return

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Kerala health mart.com ; If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

Return/Exchange acceptance within 7 days of the receipt of item. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed or exchange provided. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cutting off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service in such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
