1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the cutoff time of the delivery slot selected at the time of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange items purchased from KeralaHealthMart.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The item is unused,
- The item is in its original condition,
- All original tags, seals, and packaging are intact,
- The product is not damaged, tampered with, or used.
Exchange of items is subject to availability at the time of request.
3. Refund Policy (for Returns)
