Shipping/Delivery

Kerala Health Mart will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at support@keralahealthmart.com mentioning your order reference number.

Once order recieved poducts will be shipped within 3 days and then delivered within 5-7 working days.
