How to use
Step 1: Sterilize
Boil your cup for 3-5 minutes before usage. Wash your hands thoroughly prior to the insertion.
Step : 2 Fold
Press the sides of the cup between your fingers and fold vit in half to create U shape
Step : 3 Hold
Firmly hold the sides of the folded cup between your thumb and index finger.
Step : 4 Insert
Stay calm when inserting and relax your vaginal muscles. Bend a comfortable position, whether sitting on the toilet, Squatting or with one leg up, Separate labia with your free hand.
Wet the menstrual cup with water for lubrication and insert the rim-end first to vagina.
Step : 5 Check
Run a finger along the base of the cup to ensure that there are no folds and it has opened completely, if your cup has not opened, use the stem to wiggle the cup.
Step : 6 Rotate and Seal
Hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and rotate the entire cup. This is to ensure that the cup is fully opened and that there will be no leaks with the formation of this seal
Step : 7 Removal of The Cup
Clean your hands and relax. Sit or squat with your legs apart and push down using your stomach muscles. Using your forefinger and thumb gently reach for the stem until you can feel the base of the cup and squeeze to release suction. Gripping thebase (not the stem), slowly pull it out. When the base of the cup is almost out carefully push the cup on one side with your finger to remove half of the rim, so that the other half come out easily. This ensures the cup slides out while remaining upright avoid spilling thecontent.
